Important Information about the Whananaki Beach Retreat
The Whananaki Beach Retreat is set in a small beach town, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Due to it’s location, we can not offer an in-person service for your stay. We do our absolute best to have the house cleaned and prepared for our guests each time. However, due to the limited services we can offer in this location, there are a couple of amenities that need to be guest managed.
The gas for the BBQ and Fire Pit, from time to time may become empty, and we would just require guests to head to the local campground to do a swap a bottle. This is a 2 minute drive, and we can ensure a reimbursement if you please let us know.
Bath and Beach Towels - we ask that all guests please bring their own bath and beach towels, as we deem this a personal item and can not offer these due to laundry restrictions.
We do supply bathroom products like toilet paper, shampoo and soaps. However if you are coming for a long stay, please be prepared that you may need to top up during your stay.
